Cancellation & refund policy
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following standard terms apply. The exact terms for your booking are set out in your agreement and confirmed before payment.
Standard cancellation terms
| Time before tour start | Cancellation charge |

| More than 30 days | Deposit retained (30% of the tour price) |
| 30–15 days | 50% of the tour price |
| 14–7 days | 75% of the tour price |
| Less than 7 days or no-show | 100% of the tour price |
- Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment, within a reasonable time after the cancellation request.
- Third-party costs already incurred and non-refundable (e.g. train tickets, hotel prepayments) may be deducted in addition.
- If the Operator cancels a tour for reasons within its control, the full amount paid is refunded.
- In case of force majeure, the parties agree on rebooking or a refund of recoverable costs.
