Public offer agreement
⚠️ This is a template public offer for the provision of tourist services. It must be reviewed and approved by a qualified lawyer in Uzbekistan before it is relied upon. The final, approved text replaces this template.
This public offer sets out the terms on which Welcome Horizon ("the Operator") provides tourist services to the client ("the Tourist"). Placing a booking and paying a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Operator undertakes to provide tourist services (a tour) in the composition and to the standard described on the relevant tour page and in the confirmed programme, and the Tourist undertakes to pay for them under the terms of this agreement.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is made by submitting a request and is confirmed by the Operator in writing. The confirmed programme, price and dates form part of this agreement.
3. Price and payment
Prices are quoted in USD and paid as set out on the Booking & Payment page. A deposit of 30% confirms the booking; the balance is paid within the deadline stated in the confirmation. Payments in Uzbekistan are accepted in UZS at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment.
4. Obligations of the Operator
The Operator organises and provides the services in the confirmed programme, provides licensed guides and transport, and informs the Tourist promptly of any changes beyond its control.
5. Obligations of the Tourist
The Tourist provides accurate personal and travel details, holds a passport valid for at least 6 months, arranges any required visa and insurance, and observes local laws and the reasonable instructions of the guide.
6. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
7. Liability and force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). The Operator is not responsible for services not included in the programme or for changes to flights, borders or weather.
8. Disputes
The parties resolve disputes by negotiation; failing that, disputes are settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
